모두박스 개인정보처리방침

모두박스(이하 '앱')는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 이 앱은 회원가입이 없고, 운영자 서버로 이용자 정보를 보내지 않습니다. 아래는 앱이 폰 안에서 어떤 정보를 쓰는지, 그리고 어떤 경우에 다른 곳과 연결되는지를 설명합니다.

1. 수집하지 않는 정보

  • 이름, 전화번호, 이메일, 주소, 생년월일 등 신원 정보를 묻거나 수집하지 않습니다.
  • 위치 정보를 쓰지 않습니다. '사는 곳'은 이용자가 목록에서 직접 고른 지역으로만 정합니다.
  • 광고를 넣지 않으며, 광고·이용 분석·충돌 보고 도구를 쓰지 않습니다.
  • 앱 사용 기록을 운영자에게 보내지 않습니다.

2. 폰 안에서만 쓰는 정보

아래 정보는 이용자의 폰 안에만 있고, 운영자를 포함해 누구에게도 보내지 않습니다.

  • 앱 설정(번호별 방송·노래, 화면 모양·색, 고른 지역, 마지막으로 들은 번호, 자동 끄기 등)

    • · 쓰는 이유: 앱을 다시 켜도 같은 화면으로 쓰기 위해

    · 보관: 폰 안. 앱을 지우면 함께 지워짐

  • 폰에 저장된 음악 파일의 목록

    • · 쓰는 이유: '내 음악'에서 노래를 고르고 틀기 위해(음악 파일 읽기 권한)

    · 보관: 파일은 옮기거나 바꾸지 않음

  • '사진 담기'로 이용자가 직접 고른 사진·영상의 복사본

    • · 쓰는 이유: 앱의 사진 화면에 보여 주기 위해

    · 보관: 폰의 사진 폴더(Pictures/모두박스)에 복사. 원본은 그대로. 앱을 지워도 이 폴더는 남을 수 있으니 필요하면 갤러리에서 직접 지우세요

  • 오늘 걸음 수

    • · 쓰는 이유: 아래 3장

    · 보관: 저장하지 않음

앱은 폰의 사진·동영상 전체를 읽는 권한을 쓰지 않습니다. 이용자가 고르기 화면에서 직접 고른 항목만 받아 옵니다.

3. 걸음 수(헬스 커넥트)

모두박스는 사용자가 설정에서 '걸음 수 보기'를 켜고 허락한 경우에만, 안드로이드 헬스 커넥트에서 오늘의 걸음 수를 읽어 라디오 화면에 보여 줍니다.

  • 읽는 정보: 오늘 0시부터 지금까지의 걸음 수 합계 하나뿐이며, 심박·수면·위치 등 다른 건강 정보는 읽지 않습니다.
  • 이용 목적: 앱 화면에 표시하는 것 외에는 쓰지 않습니다. 광고·분석·맞춤형 서비스에 쓰지 않습니다.
  • 보관·전송: 읽은 숫자는 화면에 보여 줄 때만 쓰고, 기기나 서버에 저장하지 않으며 외부(자녀 기기·제3자 포함)로 보내지 않습니다.
  • 앱이 화면에 떠 있을 때만 읽으며, 백그라운드에서는 읽지 않습니다. 헬스 커넥트에 기록을 쓰지 않습니다.
  • 철회: 설정에서 '걸음 수 보기'를 끄거나, 폰의 헬스 커넥트 설정에서 모두박스의 권한을 언제든지 해제할 수 있습니다.
  • 헬스 커넥트에서 받은 정보의 사용은 Health Connect 권한 정책(Limited Use 요건 포함)을 따릅니다.

4. 인터넷 연결 — 방송 듣기

  • 라디오 번호를 누르면 앱이 그 방송사가 인터넷에 공개한 실시간 방송 서버에 직접 연결합니다. 운영자 서버를 거치지 않습니다.
  • 이때 방송사 서버는 일반적인 인터넷 접속과 같이 이용자의 IP 주소, 기기·접속 정보를 받을 수 있습니다. 이 정보의 처리는 각 방송사의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
  • 앱은 방송을 녹음하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

5. 다른 앱 열기

유튜브, 음악 앱, 폰 갤러리, 메일, 공유 창 등 다른 앱을 여는 버튼은 그 앱을 열기만 합니다. 그 앱 안에서의 정보 처리는 해당 앱의 방침을 따르며, 모두박스는 그 앱의 정보를 읽지 않습니다. '친구에게 알려 주기'는 폰의 공유 창을 열 뿐, 누구에게 보냈는지 모두박스는 알지 못합니다.

6. 알림

재생 중 알림창과 잠금화면에 재생 버튼을 보여 주기 위해 알림 권한을 씁니다. 광고·홍보 알림은 보내지 않습니다.

7. 문의하신 경우

이용자가 문의 메일을 보내면, 운영자는 답변을 위해 보낸 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 받게 됩니다. 이 정보는 답변과 문제 해결에만 쓰고, 처리가 끝난 뒤 1년 안에 지웁니다. 다른 곳에 제공하지 않습니다.

8. 제3자 제공·처리 위탁

운영자가 받는 개인정보가 없으므로 제3자에게 제공하거나 처리를 맡기지 않습니다(7장의 문의 메일 제외 — 이 역시 제공·위탁하지 않습니다).

9. 아동

이 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 받지 않습니다.

10. 이용자의 권리와 방법

  • 음악 파일·걸음 수·알림 권한은 폰 설정 또는 헬스 커넥트 설정에서 언제든지 해제할 수 있습니다.
  • 앱을 지우면 폰 안의 앱 설정이 함께 지워집니다(2장의 사진 폴더는 예외).
  • 문의 메일 관련 정보의 열람·삭제를 원하시면 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요.

11. 안전하게 지키는 방법

앱은 이용자 정보를 운영자 서버로 보내지 않는 구조로 만들어, 외부 유출 경로 자체를 두지 않았습니다. 필요한 권한만 쓰고, 사진·동영상 전체 읽기 권한 등 넓은 권한을 쓰지 않습니다.

13. 방침의 변경

앞으로 가족 연결(자녀가 멀리서 도와주는 유료 서비스) 등 운영자 서버를 쓰는 기능이 추가되면, 그 전에 이 방침을 고치고 앱과 이 페이지로 알립니다. 변경 내용은 시행 7일 전부터 알립니다.

Privacy Policy — ModuBox (English)

ModuBox ("the app") has no sign-up and sends no user information to the developer's servers.

1. What we do not collect

— No name, phone number, email, address, or date of birth. No location (your region is chosen from a list by you). No ads, analytics, or crash-reporting tools. No usage logs are sent to us.

2. Information used only on your phone

— App settings (channels and songs for each number, screen shape and color, chosen region, last number played, sleep timer); the list of music files on your phone (audio files permission) for "My music"; copies of photos/videos you pick with "Add photos", saved in your phone's Pictures/ModuBox folder (originals untouched; this folder may remain after uninstalling — delete it in your gallery if needed). None of this leaves your phone. The app does not use permission to read all photos or videos; it receives only the items you pick.

3. Step count (Health Connect)

— Only if you turn on "Show step count" in Settings and grant permission, ModuBox reads today's step count from Android Health Connect to display it on the radio screen.

  • Data read: only the total step count from midnight today until now. No other health data (heart rate, sleep, location, etc.) is read.
  • Purpose: used only for on-screen display; never for advertising, analytics, or personalization.
  • Storage and sharing: the number is not stored on the device or any server and is never sent off the device (including to family members' devices or third parties).
  • Read only while the app is on screen; never in the background. ModuBox does not write any data to Health Connect.
  • You can stop this anytime by turning off "Show step count" or revoking ModuBox's permission in Health Connect settings.
  • Use of information received from Health Connect adheres to the Health Connect Permissions policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Listening to stations

— When you press a number, the app connects directly to the live stream the broadcaster makes public online, not through our servers. Like any internet connection, the broadcaster's server may receive your IP address and device/connection information; this is governed by each broadcaster's privacy policy. The app does not record or store broadcasts.

5. Opening other apps

— Buttons that open YouTube, music apps, your gallery, email, or the share sheet only open those apps; their own policies apply. ModuBox does not read their data and does not know whom you share with.

6. Notifications

— Used only to show playback controls in the notification shade and lock screen. No promotional notifications.

7. If you contact us

— We receive your email address and message, use them only to reply and resolve the issue, and delete them within one year after handling. Not shared with anyone.

8. Third parties

— We do not share or outsource personal information.

9. Children

— The app is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly receive their information.

10. Your choices

— Revoke audio files, step count, or notification permissions anytime in phone or Health Connect settings. Uninstalling removes app settings (except the photo folder above). Contact us to access or delete inquiry emails.

11. Security

— The app is built so that user information is not sent to our servers, and it requests only the permissions it needs.
